If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase:

We can cancel your order for you for free. Cancellation may take up to 3 days, thank you for your patience and understanding.

If the package has already shipped, we will issue a prepaid label and refund your money upon receipt of your package.

If you contact us 24 hours after purchase:

If the package has already shipped, you will be responsible for the return fee (depending on our system, not the order status).

The product must be undamaged, packaged in the packaging we sent you and accompanied by the original receipt of purchase.

We will refund your payment upon receipt of your package.

Sometimes we may not have the product you selected in stock, or we may have some issues with our stock and quality checks. In this case, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed in advance so you don't have to worry about your order.

We accept returns for reasons including product defects, not as described, etc.

We will cover the return postage for return requests regarding quality issues. We do not bear the shipping cost for other non-quality returns.

Step 2: Prepare the package after you get confirmation from customer service, please pay attention to the following requirements:

  • The order number must be included in the package. You can print out the order details page or leave a note on the package.
  • Packages need to be returned with the original receipt of purchase.
  • The product must be in the packaging we originally sent it.
  • Product must be intact (does not apply to defective products), damage to the product will void the refund.

Step 3: Please contact our customer service and send your return tracking number. We will track the package and issue a refund within 5 business days of receipt and inspection of the package.

We offer a 30-day return guarantee. The warranty period begins on the date of receipt of the product. If the product is defective during the warranty period due to quality issues other than your own breakage or misuse, we can accept returns, or replace it with a new product free of charge.g.)
